Wildfooding presents Sankefund w. Oysters & Wild Snacks

On Friday October 6th the two Danish foragers Thomas @wildfooding & Michael @vildeurter will be presenting their brand new natural product line called @sankefund; a range of intense & concentrated flavours from the wild, ready to pour from a 100 ml bottle.

From 17:00-20:00 they will be the serving top quality @fiskerikajen oysters sprinkled with the delicate oil, vinegar & sirup infusions from @sankefund. And for the first people on the spot, there might even be some savoury & sweet snacks to enjoy too.

The omada wine team will make sure to find some big bottles in the cellar to serve by the glass for this very special occasion.

The products from @sankefund will be on the shelves in Omada Wine & Deli from Friday along with “Den lille vilde”, a seasonal introduction to wild foraging by @wildfooding.
