We’ll just let Jas speak for herself:

Fulla is a semi-carbonic Riesling from Kröv. Same grapes I used like last year for Frigg but completely different vintage, hence the new name, but Fulla in Nordic mythology is Frigg’s handmaiden. But also “fulla” means drunk in Swedish apparently. Coincidence? I don’t think so!

5 days semi-carbonic, aged in old barriques, handled oxidative.

Acidity notes of Quince and Yuzu.

Fulla, cause you are worth it.

Oh, on the label you see a little glacier rivine from Svalbard I stood on back in 2016. Glaciers are melting btw, thought you should know..
