From the notebook

On the Rock Again 2019 is harvested from one of Nicolas Chemarin’s oldest vineyards situated on the top of a North-West facing hill where the top soil layer is very narrow. What this means is that the vines are basically standing on pure rock, or in this case limestone and red clay, something that makes a deep, earthy and super complex Beaujolais Gamay.
