Müller-Thurgau Natur 2020 is a white right in-between a fresh apéro and an orange wine. Half of the grapes are pressed directly in whole clusters, while the other half is destemmed and left to macerate for 2-3 weeks before being pressed. The assembled wine is fermented and aged in old school German Stückfass casks before being bottled. This is a wine that gives you hints of perfume and white/yellow fleshed stone fruit but only just enough to leave you wanting another sip – and this is exactly why the wines from Bianka and Daniel Schmitt have such special place in our hearts!
