Riesling Natur 2020 is a pristine version of the clean and easy drinking Riesling. No sweetness, no gasoline, just fresh fruit with enough grib to make this a really good wine.

Here Daniel and Bianka Schmitt really begin to show their skills as natural winemakers with an open and curious approach that yet remains solidly grounded in the German wine tradition and the respect for the Rheinhessen soil. These are natural wines that show varietal typicity, origin and clarity.

Whole cluster pressing, native yeast fermentation. Maturated in stückfass barrels. Unfiltered, with no added sulfur.
