Description
GOLD is a rare and tiny batch of botrytis Solaris from Klagshamns winery blended with an even smaller portion of apple wine from Belle de Boskoop and Johannes from Haväng. On the lees until summer 2022 and bottled and aged for about a year. Complex sherryesk aromas with honey and lots of tropical fruits. The apples refreshes it and make it perfect for cheese and/or salty heavyish desserts. Or if you dare even for some umami barbecuing! 300 bottles made.
