On the 6th October 2021, the Pinot Gris was harvested in Ergersheim, Alsace. Antoine & Daisy bought the grapes from Philippe Brand’s winery.
2 weeks skin contact, semi carbonic and lot’s of remontage.
This wine has structure and finesse. Explosion of red berries bursting. With the slight semi carbonic feeling on the tongue this keeps the wine fresh and upbeat.
