Omada.wine ApS is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data related to purchases, subscriptions, and use of our webshop.

Information we collect

We only collect and process information necessary to provide our services:

  • Name, address, phone number, email
  • Payment details (processed via Stripe/MobilePay — not stored by us)
  • Account details (login, order history)
  • Age verification data (VerifyID / MitID)
  • Marketing consent (Mailchimp, Metorik)
  • Communication and support history (Metorik)

We currently do not use tracking or analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. If added in the future, they will only operate with explicit consent via a cookie banner (e.g. Cookiebot).

Purpose of processing

We process personal data to:

  • Process and deliver your orders
  • Manage subscriptions and payments
  • Verify age through VerifyID (MitID)
  • Improve our website and communication
  • Comply with legal obligations (accounting, taxation)

Payments and age verification

Stripe and MobilePay act as independent data processors. We never receive or store your card details.

For Danish customers, we use VerifyID to perform electronic age verification via MitID, ensuring compliance with Danish law for age-restricted sales. VerifyID processes data according to GDPR.

For danske kunder anvender vi VerifyID til elektronisk aldersverifikation via MitID, for at sikre at køb af aldersbegrænsede produkter sker lovligt. VerifyID behandler data i overensstemmelse med GDPR.
