All purchases on omada.wine are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled at Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret).
Payment
We accept payments in DKK, EUR, and SEK through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local methods) and MobilePay.
When you place an order, the amount is reserved but only charged once your order has been packed and shipped.
Subscriptions
Our wine subscription renews automatically every month until you choose to pause or cancel. You can do this anytime from your account. You are only charged after the monthly box has been shipped.
There is no right of withdrawal for subscriptions, as wine, spirits, and deli goods are perishable products. By subscribing, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16.
Product types
We sell wine, spirits, and deli goods (such as coffee, pasta, olives, etc.) as well as wine accessories like glasses, corkscrews, and related equipment.
Wine, spirits, and deli goods are considered perishable items and therefore not eligible for return.
Accessories and other non-perishable products (such as glasses, corkscrews, and equipment) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Danish consumer law, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds include the product price but exclude shipping costs, unless the order was defective.
Delivery
We ship using bike messengers, DAO, GLS, or Bring — your choice at checkout.
- Denmark: 2–3 business days
- EU: 3–8 business days
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or unavailability. You will be notified, and any reserved amount will be released or refunded.
Age restriction
You must be of legal drinking age in your country to order wine, cider, beer or spirits.
For Danish customers, age verification is required via MitID, provided by VerifyID.
Returns and complaints
As wine, spirits, and deli goods are perishable, we do not accept returns.
If a bottle is corked, we’ll offer a replacement (if in stock) or a refund. Please return the bottle in its original packaging, and we’ll provide a return label.
If a bottle is broken during delivery, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Rentals
We rent tap systems, glasses, and reusable wine bottles.
If you’ve purchased key kegs but not used them, we can take them back and refund you minus a 50 DKK restocking fee.
- Unopened, undamaged kegs are eligible for refund minus the fee.
- Opened or damaged kegs cannot be refunded.
- Renters are liable for any damage to rented equipment.
Errors and liability
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information mistakes, and availability issues.
All Danish prices include VAT. For deliveries outside Denmark, it is the customer’s responsibility to handle any local duties or taxes.

You can log into your account to access previous orders.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
