Verrigni Rigatoni are made exclusively of Italian durum-wheat semolina, extruded through bronze dies (“trafilata in bronzo”) to create a textured surface that holds sauce beautifully. This pasta brings together traditional technique and simple, honest ingredients resulting in expressive taste and satisfying bite.
