Libuše 2017 – Utopia

Libuše 2017 is a complex and aromatic still cider with a vibrant and clean acidity and bone-dry finish made from apples harvested from old garden trees and small orchards around Sudkův Důl in the rural highlands near Tábor in the Czech Republic. In this magical place Eva and Ivo Laurin have built a cidery called Utopia where they make spontaneously fermented ciders in the old fashioned way. Ciders aged for 12 months sûr lie in 225 liter neutral oak casks with each cask being bottled individually into a small batch of 300 bottles bearing the casks name and vintage. Pure, simple and 100% natural.
