Bellondie 2019 – Fruktstereo

Bellondie is a great structured cider with lots of character made from 100% Belle de Boskoop apples. Always very limited but also one of our favourite single variety beverages from Fruktstereo. That’s why we always try to keep it aside, to show you the greatness of the Belle de Boskoop. One way or another it will get to you too!
The origin of the fruit is from different abandoned farms around Skåne. Solberga in Dalby, planted in the 50s and nowadays wild. Österrike in Kivik, planted in the 1960’s and 1970s. All old, untreated trees (70-100 years old).
After crushing and pressing the pulp and letting it macerate for one day, the remaining part of the press is put back on top of the open vats and poured over the juice. 3 weeks later it is pressed once again and bottled directly.
