Grapes from Hällåakra and Snårestad, both outside of Malmö. Apples from Fruktstereo’s Haväng farm in Österlen, Skåne. Planted in the 1940s and today without herbicides. Fortified with double distilled fruit spirit (eau de vie) and aromatised with wormwood, kinin, coriander and elderflower.
