Mathilda 2020 is a fruity and refreshingly fizzy blend of the most common white Nahe grapes: Silvaner, Kerner and Riesling. Piri harvested the grapes from different plots with an underground made up of gravel, red clay and sand. The grapes were pressed directly, some of them in whole bunches to give a crunchy, sour and fresh sensation, and then left to rest on the lees on old Tonneau barrels. We follow Piri’s invitation and say: let’s hang with Mathilda!
