Luca Bambara, a Québécois with Sicilian roots, has gone back
to his ancestral land to chase a dream: crafting his vision of
true Sicilian wines. Prioritizing indigenous grapes and
embracing low intervention winemaking practices, he aims to
showcase a genuine expression of the island. Luca collaborates
with small-scale farmers and winemakers to source the best
grapes from across Sicily. All of the grapes are organically
grown and carefully hand harvested. The wines are fermented
with indigenous yeasts and vinified with very little sulfites.
This minimal yet precise approach to winemaking ensures
pure, high-quality wines. Each cuvée is the expression of a
region, its terroir and its grape varietals.
