Lulu Berlue is one of those things that only happens within natural wine circles. We’re talking about a carbonic maceration of Grolleau and Cabernet Sauvignon! People would have once laughed hysterically at anyone guessing that at a blind tasting. Cause seriously, who would be crazy enough to do that?
