Pétillant Naturel 2021 is a bright and fruity white pét-nat made on the old German bulk-variety Scheurebe. Piri pressed the grapes directly in whole bunches and fermented the wine in old Tonneau barrels before bottling the wine with a little bit of residual sugar in order for it to become a sparkling wine. Let’s call it new wave German Prosecco!
