As wines are liquid and perishable goods we can’t offer you returns. We do offer exchange on products broken during shipment, or not arrived at all or alternatively
Corked or mousy wines
If you receive wine that is either mousy or corked, we offer to reimburse the cost of the wine as points to your Omada Social Club account for use on future purchases.
